Before You Get in Touch

Answers to questions we frequently receive.

For an initial conversation, you do not need to prepare anything specific. Just be ready to discuss your general situation and what you hope to achieve. If we proceed to a formal advice engagement, we will provide a checklist of the documents and information we need.

Yes. We offer a complimentary initial discussion of up to 30 minutes. This allows us to understand your needs and explain how we might help. There is no obligation to proceed, and we will not pressure you.

Absolutely. We serve clients throughout the United Kingdom. Most of our consultations are now conducted via video call, which works very well. We can share documents on screen and discuss your situation just as effectively as meeting in person.

We aim to respond to all email enquiries within one business day. If your matter is urgent, please indicate this in your message and we will prioritise accordingly.

That is completely fine—many people are not sure when they first contact us. During our initial conversation, we will discuss your situation and recommend the most appropriate service. Sometimes a simple review is sufficient; other times a more comprehensive approach is needed.

Yes, we frequently work with couples who want to plan their retirement together. Joint planning often reveals opportunities that would be missed looking at each person's pensions in isolation. We can accommodate joint consultations at no additional cost.

We Look Forward to Hearing from You

Whether you have a specific question or simply want to explore whether we might be able to help, please do not hesitate to reach out. Every enquiry receives personal attention from our team.
